The build as a whole seems ok, but facing IWAY is going to give you some problems. You have some warrior hate hexes, but sadly these days all of the "decent" IWAY teams will be using HoD helms. That is *all* you have to counter IWAY, which really isn't enough. I would personally consider dropping the Mesmer and Necromancer alltogether, for something like a warder and a cripshot ranger.

Just some basics;
- Shock > gale because it interrupts the ghost for your war
- The ranger is doign some basic e denial among his spirit spamming but he is the only one so it won't really hurt anyone
- the mesmer is throwing up migraine and arcan conundrum but only has 1 interrupt. So it's not very efficient as an anti-caster
try and work in some better monk shutdown from your mesmer, and I'd use your ranger to either trap or interrupt because wards are gonna kill yuor warriors

To be more specific; Shock isn't a spell, and will therefore work through Spell Breaker. Gale is, and therefore wont.

Starting with the ranger, I don't properly understand what 8+7 could mean- your attribute spread is wonky. Secondly, I don't think you've got enough enchanting going on to make symbiosis worthwhile- yes, I see you have order of pain, but it's going to be up and down so sporadically that the extra health won't really help you. Maybe distracting shot would be a good sub in?
Your necro might have some energy issues, or just won't do one of its two jobs- between putting spiteful on anything that deserves it, and spamming order of pain, something's got to give (assuming people aren't just dropping left and right).
Spirit of failure seems a little random on the mesmer, but I haven't run it in the tombs. I suppose if the prot monk is really on his game, throwing guardian on the proper people, it might yield some good returns. But other than guardian and aegis, there's nothing in this build that'll cause the enemy to miss.
Also, you might consider distracting blow instead of watch yourself on #2 warrior. An axe warrior is better suited to turning that adrenaline straight into damage, IMO...I'd rather have watch yourself on a final thrust swordie.
And finally, order of pain is questionable. It makes the necro's job a good bit harder to balance, while only really benefitting the warriors. (the ranger, at three marksmanship, is kinda out of the damage picture)
